Young Graduate was founded in 1997 by Dijonn Taylor. Living close to Manchester's University she saw many graduate's doning their bright cap and gowns as they made their way to have all their hard work and achievements recognised.
Changing the world one job at a time
Dijonn's vision was that every young person in her local area should have the opportunity of experiencing a graduation ceremony in recognition of their efforts and achievements. Dijonn knew by creating a special event to mark the end of each individuals efforts and amplifying their strengths, could only result in positive outcomes.
Engaging with many schools and a diverse range of groups, her efforts have now paid off! Rapid expansion working with national providers towards a shared vision has been extremely encouraging.
Over 30,000 children, young people and adult learners have now had the opportunity to experience the same 'feeling of accomplishment' as University Graduates.
Not only do the ceremonies provide a memorable occasion, we also aim to raise aspirations of children and engage parents, carers and the wider community through the events.

We aim to help reduce emissions and pollution in the environment through less commuting. We aim to help lower the carbon footprint of companies with reduction in the need for office sqm energy sources.
GOVERNMENT
We are working with governments and local enterprises to create opportunities in both urban and rural communities. We are closely aligned to help promote regions to International companies looking to establish their next HQ or office location.
PARTNERS
We are affiliated with providers bringing high-speed connectivity to rural locations. We support the EU incentives to bring high speed broadband to all homes and businesses by 2020.
COMMUNITY
We are empowering communities to stay together by enabling professionals to work from home and coworking spaces. This in turn helps to stimulate local economy and has far reaching improvements for families and locally driven schemes. The next generation can only benefit and the diaspora can return home.
RESILIENCE
Public transportation and infrastructure can be affected by network strikes, maintenance, or adverse weather conditions delaying employee commutes. Smart Working protects companies from such outside interference. Smart working locations as part of a remote working strategy can eliminate traffic congestion and unnecessary commuting.
